The Sampson plans call for a full restoration of the facade, bringing back the iconic front canopy and theatre sign.

All of the original windows will be restored to their original exterior view but will be blacked out from the inside to not affect performances and events.

The empty lot to the west of the current building will be the site of the "annex".  The annex will house the lobby and restrooms on the main level, set and costume shops in the basement, and classroom spaces on the second and third floors.
